WONDERFUL OCCURENCES AND OTHER FAIRYTALES

FILTER at General Public in Berlin presents:
An exhibition with works by Nina Lola Bachhuber,Yesim Akdeniz Graf, and Henk Visch.
Mythical creatures, forms and colours – to understand life and the world as it is, as it is told to be, as it can be, as it must be or shall never be. In how far three different artistic positions reflect these stories in their own way, sharpen the perception or activate thoughts, which you can eventually experience. As of the 2nd of November on drawings of Nina Lola Bachhuber (USA), a painting specifically made for this occasion of Yesim Akdeniz Graf (D), and sculptures of Henk Visch (NL) will be on display in the group exhibition "Wonderful occurrences and other fairytales" at General Public in Berlin.
Furthermore FILTER invites interested contemporary fairy- and storytellers to send their story to FILTER by e-mail or mail (Limitation: max. of 5 DIN A4 pages, DVDs possible, no 3-D works). All incoming stories can be looked at during the exhibition.
A selection of the fairytales and stories sent in will be presented on the 11th of November, 3-5pm, if not even of the fairytale tellers personally.
